One personal goal I have for 2024 is to begin journaling. Journaling is beneficial for stress reduction, anxiety, mental health, and self care. A healthy way to get your feelings on paper.
One business goal I have for 2024 is to create more business content, such as videos and reels. It seems this type of content attracts more customers and peaks interest. My goal is to purchase a tripod and starting videotaping my process for soap making.
